Quang's Success

Quang is a recent graduate from Danang Vocational College. He looked stunning on his special day - Graduation day!

Quang was infected with HIV when he was born, and his father passed away in 2003, leaving behind an HIV-infected wife and baby. Coming from a poor family, Quang's mother was stigmatized by their neighbors, causing her to escape due to the discrimination surrounding HIV. As a result, Quang's mother struggled to find a job, and he wasn't allowed to attend school because of the attitudes of other parents and teachers. Quang, along with his sister, moved to stay with their granny in a remote mountainous area of Quang Nam province.

However, despite facing such adversity, Quang adhered to his medicine regimen every day and remained healthy, so no one suspected that he was living with HIV. Quang worked hard to graduate from high school and got into college, achieving good results in both. We were happy to support him with an education sponsorship, monthly nutrition, and social activities for six years.
