PROJECT PREVIEW MEETING PHASE II - PROJECT INCLUSION 1 🌻🌻

👉In the past 2 days March 23-24, VNHIP organization had a preliminary meeting to summarize the phase 2 of project  Inclusion 1 in 2023, in Hoi An with the full participation of more than 40 nurses, rehab technicians, consultants and supervisor who have accompanied and supported project in phase 2 

At the preliminary meeting, participants looked back at the points achieved and the points that need to be improved for the next stage. The groups discussed and contributed ideas to further improve processes during implementation. There has been a lot of positive feedback from the community about the project.

“Seeing the progress of people with disabilities is a great encouragement for me when I go to the community, there are tears of happiness from families and people with disabilities themselves when they have more confidence to continue trying and integration efforts. Perhaps those are spiritual values that we cannot measure." - shared by Ms. Sam, a project support technician.

In addition, members also participated in team building activities to increase the spirit of connection and solidarity, as well as an opportunity to interact with colleagues from many different areas and units.
